Heeelloooooooooooo, I’m Lisa.
Movement has always been my love language.
When I was little, I refused to stay in a stroller, I wanted to jump in puddles and climb trees (even when I got stuck at the top hihi).
Sensitive, curious, chaotic, playful - that’s me.
I’ve spent yearssss navigating burnout, overwhelm, under- and over training.
Learning how to move in a way that actually supports me:
Yoga softened me.
Strength training grounded me.
Energy work taught me to listen and be open.
Seasonal rhythms helped me breathe.
For years now, through yoga and sports, I’ve been guiding people to move with their energy and seasons: with softness, strength, structure, curiosity, play and a big dose of compassion.
