This summer I welcome you to the Soft Strength Outdoor Studio.
On Fridays in June and July, we take our practice outside and move together in nature.
An outdoor movement class designed to build strength, release tension, and reconnect you with your body in a grounded and supportive way.
We combine strength training, mobility work and yoga-inspired movement in a calm outdoor setting: allowing you to move with more awareness, ease and presence.
